Sormor has its own R&D center, the center has advanced research laboratory facilities and intelligent inspection system. In our R&D team, bachelor degree or above accounted for 85%, and some of them also have extensive overseas training experience. In addition, we established good cooperation relationship with famous university, developing multiple subject research and enhancing the competitive power of company. The center also has high level inspection equipments to check the raw material and finished goods'' quality. Such as Metallographic Microscope, Salt spraying tester, Hardness Gauge, Measuring Projector, AEH 3D CMM and so on. Because of our strong R&D capacity, we can provide the integration service to you of all kinds of gears and shafts.

>>MANUFACTURE

Except for the high level inspection equipments, there are more than 300 sets of advanced gear cutting machines, gear rolling and lapping machines, more than 80% of them are made by U.S. Gleason Corporation. We also have America Greacen 800HC gear grinding machines and M & M 3525 gear measuring center, which are at international advanced level at present. The company owns ISO9001:2000 certificate; ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO14000 certificate. These certificates indicate that we can achieve high quality level based on our customers’ requirement. Since we devote ourselves to extent global market, we have been successfully supplying parts to JOHNDEERE, New Holland, UTB, ZF, MTZ, DONGFENG etc... During the past few years, the company''s annual sale has grown up by 30% yearly, and in 2015 it totaled 400 million RMB.
